This website has no contact form, no user accounts and no comment system. No personal data is collected directly through the site.

When you visit, the hosting infrastructure keeps technical access records (IP address, browser and operating system information, request time and the address requested) as a technical necessity. These records are processed to keep the site secure and available.

Information you send me by telephone, WhatsApp, Telegram or e-mail is used only to assess your enquiry and to reply to you.

The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no advertising network scripts.

To measure how often each page is viewed, the site uses the visit statistics service of its hosting provider, Vercel. This service sets no cookies, stores no identifier in your browser and does not identify visitors individually; it processes only aggregate data such as the page viewed, the address you arrived from, country-level location and device type. This data is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.

If you open the map section on the contact page, content is loaded from Google Maps and Google may set its own cookies at that point. No request is sent to Google unless you open the map.

Access records are held on the servers of the hosting provider. Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where a public authority is legally entitled to request it.

Information shared in the course of an attorney–client relationship is additionally covered by the professional secrecy obligation under the Turkish Attorneys Act.

Technical access records are kept for the periods prescribed by legislation and are deleted at the end of that period.

Messages sent through the contact channels are deleted within a reasonable time after your enquiry is concluded. If an engagement is entered into, the retention periods set by the applicable legislation apply.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; to request correction, deletion or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data; and to request that any such action be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
